Quality Policy
To ensure its product compliance with quality standards, DLV constantly meets quality management system requirements. The system is implemented and maintained according to Latvian and international standards LVS EN ISO 9001:2015; it is used in the company's production department for quality control both on executive and technical unit levels starting from product design, prototype testing, up to final product testing. Legislative compliance, accurate customer order fulfillment, customer needs assessment, product quality improvement by means of state-of-the-art technology, well-balanced with DLV's economic interest, are the company's main motivating factors. The quality management system is constantly analyzed by DLV experts for improvement potentials.
